I am a volunteer (an the unofficial historian) at Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Bureau of Land Management, Newport, Oregon.Yaquina Head Lighthouse and Sand Island Lighthouse were built about the same time with idenical plans provided by the US Lighthouse Service.I would appreciate contact with the persons or person knowledgeable about the construction of the lighthouse there.Thanks Very Much, G.
